Local Gospel Band. Opening our show as it’s a Sunday, some local musicians have put together a modern take on some gospel music, with a pinch of prog rock thrown in, to provide what will be a fun and uplifting experience. Its so new we don’t even have pictures as yet! However don’t let the lack of imagery fool you – this is an act not to be missed on Sunday.
Original Lycanda Rockin’ Blues Band. Back in 1971 some young school boys set up a band and called themselves Lycanda. They were writing their own edgy material even then and also playing “The Blues.” Time gave them a small window until Punk arrived and Blues was thrown back into the archives. Reunited once more we are very pleased to have this unique band at our show on Sunday.
Rachel Hayward. A top class performance of steel pan playing, on both days.
Rob Bruce. After touring with his 9 piece band and also as a part of duo in South Africa, Rob moved over to the UK and now plays a range of easy listening and well known songs by some of musics best bands and artists.
The Magic Beat. Sophisticated sounds from a 7 – piece function band, on Monday.
