    I confirm all my electrical appliances are in a safe working order and understand my electricity supply will be withdrawn if any appliances disrupt the running of The Swallowfield Show.

    Please note:
    a) electricity requests for outside pitches are not guaranteed as we are not able to provide this to all of the outside pitches. The Food and Drink coordinator will be in contact to confirm if we are able to provide it to your specific pitch.
    b) you will required to complete a supplementary form detailing what electrical appliances you intend to use at the Show. This will be sent once your pitch has been confirmed.

    I would also like to order 6ft trestle tables @ £12 each.

    All prices are for the 2 days of the Show.

    As I will be selling foodstuffs I acknowledge that I will have to provide to you:

    • Registration with a local authority
    • Food hygiene rating
    • Food hygiene certificate
    • Temporary alcohol licence (TEN) from Wokingham Borough Council - if I am selling alcohol

    Failure to provide the above will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

    I can confirm that I understand and will be complying with the regulations of Natasha's Law (if applicable)

    In order to ensure that there is a diverse range of Food and Drink at the Show, your Booking is made on a provisional basis. You will be notified to advise whether your application has been successful.

    Terms and conditions

    • Fees will not be refunded under any circumstance
    • In the interest of safety please do not move vehicles between 09.30 and 17.30 on both days
    • Subletting of pitches is not allowed
    • Noisy generators are not permitted
    • All rubbish to be removed from the site
    • The Swallowfield Horticultural Society accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property whilst on the show ground

    Attention is drawn to the Society’s short form Manual that can be found here,  which refers to the Swallowfield Show’s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) system. This documentation, in conjunction with the Society’s Manual fully describes the rules and regulations that apply all times you are on site. Please remember you are required to have adequate third party liability insurance and should provide your HS&E policies to the Society.
