It is great to hear, and read on social media, so many visitors saying that the Swallowfield Show is getting better and better. Thank you to everyone who joined our trading community this year. It was lovely to welcome back many former friends and to meet traders joining us for the first time.

No increase in pitch prices for 2025!

With another year of over 8000 visitors during the 2 days of the Show and a great variety of activities and entertainment to encourage visitors to stay all day, the Show offers traders excellent value for money.

Our aim is to keep pitch prices as affordable as possible, so you will be pleased to know that we are holding our prices at 2024 levels for the 2025 Swallowfield Show.  To make it even more attractive, we shall once again be offering Early Bird discounts from when booking opens, probably in December, until the end of March 2025.

The most popular trade stand pitches are the Premium (A) ones situated round the lively Arena. These often sell out first so don’t leave it too late!  Some prefer our affordable Standard (C) stands, or you can go mid-range with Enhanced (B) pitches. After some years of experimentation and continuing tweaks every year, we feel we have now got a good layout to benefit all stall holders.
